Admin Onboarding Checklist

There are a few tasks that should be completed once your department has been on-boarded into RezRATE.  If you have any questions on how to accomplish any of these tasks, lease do not hesitate to Contact Us if you have any questions, or require assistance.

Administrator Portal:

  • Use the Gear Icon in the upper left-hand corner to add/edit your institution’s name, website, email address, logo, and phone number. 
  • Add interview dates using the green Add Date button located near the bottom of the screen.

Team Page:

  • Use the Toggle Switches to confirm each user’s roles and associated privileges. 
  • Add photos by clicking on the blank white square in each user’s profile (optional).

Evaluation Template:

  • Confirm evaluation question weights and, if desired, pre-screen weightsWeights must add up to 100%. 
  • Create questions and assign them to the general evaluationpre-screen evaluation, or both evaluations. 
  • Add scores and awards to either type of evaluation.

  • Focus limits let you group your questions into special categories that are visible only to certain evaluatorsClick on the Focus Limit dropdown menus to assign a specific question to one or more focus categories. The default setting, “No Limit,” means that question will be available to all evaluators. 
  • Contact RezRATE once your evaluation template has been completed or if you get stuck along the way. We’ll help out and ensure that your template is ready to use. 

Communication Center:

  • Create email templates with merge fields to make communication with candidates quick and easy.
