When you log into RezRATE, you will see your schedule (if you are scheduled to interview that day), or a list of candidates within the Evaluator Portal.
Your schedule is live and continuouslyupdates. Changes will appear within a few minutes.
Whenever changes are made, you will see what has been altered. Those changes will highlight in red.
The line on the left of the schedule will move to indicate the current time.
Joining a Meeting
Join Meeting buttons appear only for the meeting you need to join.
When you join a meeting, you will be taken to a Zoom page that will prompt you to open the Zoom client. Please make sure that you have installed Zoom onto your device before interview day.
Details will be displayed on your schedule that describe how to join audio via your phone. You can use this option if you have any trouble with audio on your device.
If you are using dial-in audio with your phone, make sure to mute your audio on the primary device (both microphone and speakers).
Meetings will automatically terminate at the end of the interview block.
When a meeting ends, please return to your schedule to look for your next meeting
Notifications
You will receive notifications two minutes before the meeting ends, at theend of the meeting, and again at theend of the passing period.

Your Program Coordinator should be your first point of contact for any issue. If the issue is not resolvable internally, please use the following criteria for contacting RezRATE.

How to Get Help
You can join a break room at any time by using the Join Break Room button at the top of the page.
The break room is a place where you can find department representatives and questions between interviews.
If something goes wrong, don’t panic. Contact your Residency Coordinator.
If your coordinator cannot solve the problem, they will contact RezRATE directly.
Keep in mind that RezRATE has a limited ability to troubleshoot Zoom related issues. For that reason, it is highly recommended that you install Zoom ahead of time and test your capabilities prior to interview day.
