Day 1 of our University of WI Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship interviews underway. Going so smooth thanks to @DruksysLLC RezRATE!

We have used RezRATE for interviews two years now and we are extremely pleased with the product. It really facilitates the use of our structured interview questions and the standardized scoring of them. Last year, RezRATE expanded their system to make it function for our mock oral board exams. The RezRATE system makes interview and mock oral exam days flow seamlessly without having to switch between interfaces. The interface is very user-friendly and in the rare cases we need help, the RezRATE team are always available to provide guidance.

This was our first year using RezRate and we loved it! RezRate saved our program so much time! No more creating a power point presentation for the rank meeting, no more creating paper evals, no more creating an interview day schedule – RezRate did it all for us! The applicants were very impressed and stated that the program was very easy to use. Our faculty also loved it and liked that all schedule changes were in real time and they could see the applicants’ information ahead of time. Also loved that we didn’t have to create our own Zoom breakout rooms – RezRate is definitely top notch and the support staff were always there for me when I had questions. Thanks!

I work in Residency Program Education and this is my second year working with RezRATE and I have nothing but great things to say about this program. The first year, it was a great timesaver, in terms of having everything you needed for Residency Recruitment in one place. No more creating individual folders for each interviewer for in-person interviews or making sure the information in ERAS was uploaded correctly. With everything being housed in one space, it cut down on a lot of the administrative time, so that I could focus on other aspects of the interview process, more focus on the applicants during interview season and not just the paperwork and prep work. The interviewers are able to see the applicants' information ahead of their scheduled interview, not just on interview day, and they are able to evaluate the applicants in the same system. The applicants and interviewers are able to see their schedules ahead of time and in real time. This is especially helpful when there are last minutes changes to the schedules. No more sending out multiple corrections. It also has the ability to submit your rank list directly to the NRMP. This year, with Covid-19, we had to have virtual interviews and, once again, RezRATE was a true lifesaver. When everyone was trying to figure out which platform to use. RezRATE came to the rescue and had already integrated Zoom into the RezRATE program, whereby, once the schedule was created, the program was able to set up individual Zoom links for each of the interview sessions automatically...something that would have taken several hours to set up on my own. It is such a great program and I will never go back to anything else. I also like that, depending on your needs, they are able to customize certain aspects of the program to meet the needs of your program versus you trying to fit into what's already there. I am excited to see what's new for next season and it is money well spent!!
